According to statistics released by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan's export orders for basic metals and products totaled $1.94 billion in November this year, down 0.5 percent from November 2024 and up 0.9 percent from the previous month. In November, Taiwan's export orders for base metals and base metal products increased 2.3 times from the previous month.
Between January and November, the country's export orders for base metals and base metal products fell 8.8 percent year on year to US$21.09 billion.
