Looking at the exhausted quotas, South Korea used up all of its Quota of 163,077 tons for HRC (1A) and quota of 169,725 tons for metal-coated sheets (4B), while India exhausted its quota of 165,051 tons for CRC. China has exhausted its quotas of 46,157 tons and 112,250 tons for electrical sheets (3B) and tin rolled products, while Turkey has used up its entire quota of 99,231 tons for wire rod. The quota is 111,358 tons for quarto plates, all of which are categorized as "other countries". In addition, the quota of 106,036 tons for metal-coated (4B) sheets and 58,399 tons for cold-rolled stainless steel sheets and strips allocated to other countries has been exhausted.
As for other quotas allocated to Turkey, the country used 98.25 percent, 99.63 percent, 99.99 percent and 94.08 percent of its quotas for 21,995 tons of stainless cold-rolled sheets and strips, 110,203 tons of rolled products and light profiles, 22,892 tons of corners and profiles, 53,300 tons of wire, respectively.
Meanwhile, Serbia has spent 92.95 percent and 88.44 percent of its quotas: 144,087 tons on HRC (1A) and 22,531 tons on tin products. South Korea has exhausted 99.69 percent, 83.81 percent and 99.79 percent of its quotas for 95,726 tons of CRC, 44,092 tons of electrical sheet (3B) and 16,298 tons of tin products, respectively. Taiwan used 98.84 percent of its quota for the production of electrical sheets (3B) of 24,990 tons, while China exhausted 96.61 percent of its quota for 85,973 tons of wire. India and the UK used 95.35 percent and 94.67 percent of their total quotas of 54,279 tons and 35,779 tons for metal-coated sheets (4A).
If you look at the quotas allocated in the "other countries" section, Vietnam used 97.93 percent and 95.49 percent of its quotas of 112,716 tons for HRC and 15,255 tons of wire rod, respectively. Algeria exhausted 98.11 percent of its quota of 112,716 tons of HRC, while India used 99.01 percent of its quota of 111,358 tons of quarto sheets. Egypt and China used 99.93 percent and 85.77 percent of their quotas for the supply of 27,898 tons of rebar, respectively. In addition, 92.98 percent of the 97,519 tons of quota for commercial rentals and light profiles were used by other countries.
