In the first two months of the current year, the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant named after the Petrovsky group Evraz increased the production of steel to 160 thousand tons, which is 23% more than in January - February 2012. This was reported by the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine.
In addition, the production of metal rolling over this period increased by 36% - up to 146 thousand tons and cast iron smelting amounted to 151 thousand tons, which is 25% more than in the first two months of 2012.
As we already reported, last year Petrovka produced 821 thousand tons of steel, smelted 857 thousand tons of cast iron and manufactured 707 thousand tons of metal rolling.
