Today, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the votes of 269 deputies adopted the bill No. 1109 which prohibited the initiation of bankruptcy cases of mining enterprises, in which the share of the state in the authorized capital is at least 25%, until January 1, 2015.
The accepted bill extends the moratorium on bankruptcy for mining enterprises, mines, mines, quarries, incisions, concern factories and shaft and coal of construction enterprises.
As reported, in February, the chairman of the Party of Regions, Alexander Efremov, invited the Rada to allow the status of depressed cities and areas in which coal mining and processing enterprises are located at the liquidation stage.
