NSMV plans to start with the production and sale of steel pipes, and will expand its business sphere by launching new types of products on the market. The company also seeks to provide steel products for architectural and engineering structures in accordance with the needs of the market not only in Vietnam, but also in neighboring countries.
The opening ceremony was attended by Yasuaki Tanizaki, a Japanese ambassador to Vietnam, and government representatives of Vietnam. Nippon Steel & Sumikin Metal Products president made a speech on behalf of investors. In the review of the General Director and President, Mr. Kenjiro Dodo, it is reported that the shares were assigned as follows: 48% - Nippon Steel and Sumikin Co Ltd; 22% - Sumitomo Corporation; 3% - Sumisho Tekko Hanbai Co Ltd; 3% - Kyoei Steel Ltd; 24% - Bacviet Steel.
