The term of the competition expired on February 28, and the only potential buyer from Russia was the Uralvagonzavod.
In the absence of worthy partners, the Serbian Minister of Economics and Finance of the young Dinkich proposed plan B, which includes the launch of production at the expense of public funds. According to the plan developed by the government, one of the domain furnaces will be commissioned in April of this year. And in relation to the second blast furnace, representatives of the union of the steel factory show the concern that it, most likely, will not be launched until the end of 2013.
