Over the past month, export prices for Ukrainian -made metal supply have not changed. Situational attempts to increase the prices of semi -finished products have not yet been crowned with success and, under the pressure of weakening demand, rolled back to their former positions.

The price of the workpiece at the end of this week when delivered to the FOB port of the Black Sea amounted to $ 528/ton, which corresponds to its price for March 1, 2013. Varietal metal rolling is offered on the same conditions for $ 620/ton, and reinforcement of $ 580/ton. Ukrainian merchants were able to raise the price only by Katanka, and only by 5%, up to $ 600/ton.
The semi -finished products of Ukrainian production almost imperceptibly fell in price - up to $ 515/ton FOB compared to 520 dollars per ton at the beginning of the month.
Flat metal rolling and roll steel did not change in price and are worth it today, exactly a month ago: a hot -rolled sheet - $ 590/ton, a hot rolled roll - 560 dollars/ton and a cold roll - $ 640/ton.
Metal distribution reserves in ports
The reserves of the metal rolling ready for the sale in Ukrainian ports have been growing steadily for the third month in a row. In the last week of March, the number of metal products has not yet found its buyer increased by 2 thousand tons and amounted to 1 million 225 thousand tons. The total amount of unrealized metal rolling, including the Russian reached 1 million 775 thousand tons.
