Speaking at a meeting with Mariupol reporters, People's Deputy and Co -owner of the Ilyich MMK Vladimir Boyko expressed an opinion on the need for a moratorium for an increase in electricity tariffs for industrial enterprises in Ukraine.
In addition, the deputy insists on maintaining existing tariffs for railway transportation.
“In the current situation, it is impossible to allow the growth of electricity tariffs and transport. It is necessary to at least temporarily “freeze” tariffs and exempt from taxes investment in production. Then enterprises will be able to get out of the situation in which they were today due to the financial and economic crisis, ”said Vladimir Boyko.
In addition to the calls for a softer tariff policy, the people's deputy announced the need to support small and medium -sized businesses in order to increase the revenues of the country's budget.
“We have great potential for the development of shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, construction. Only orders and decision -making are needed to stimulate manufacturers. We must think about people and make decisions to create new jobs. It is necessary to develop small and medium -sized businesses so that there are more revenues to the budget, ”said Vladimir Boyko, deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial and Investment Policy.
