The gross domestic product (GDP) of Ukraine in 2013 will remain at the best case last year, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said.
As stated in the analytical report of this organization, if the political situation in the country does not change, then the growth of GDP of Ukraine at the end of 2013 will be at a zero mark compared to 2012. At the same time, in 2014, if nothing terrible happens, the GDP of Ukraine will increase by 2.8 percent.
IMF analysts predict 0.5 percent of inflation in 2013 and the unemployment rate of 8.2 percent. In 2014 - 4.7 percent of inflation and 7.9 percent of unemployment.
As previously reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine planned for 2013 GDP growth at the level of 2.5 - 3.4 percent, and for 2014, taking into account the implementation of the program of activation of the national economy, GDP growth is 3-4 percent.
