ArcelorMittal USA LLC filed a lawsuit against Severstal and Nisshin Steel Holdings Co accusing these companies of violation of the patent agreement in the production of steel for the automotive industry. It is reported by Bloomberg.
The lawsuit, in particular, states that the Michigan Metallurgical Plant Severstal in Dribon and Wheeling Nisshin Inc in West Virginia appropriated high -strength steel production technologies with aluminum coating.
"Arselormital has exclusive rights and licenses to a patent, so Severstal and Nisshin are obliged to compensate for losses," the statement of a metallurgical company filed in the U.S. District City Court in Wilmingon Delaware said.
