According to Bloomberg intelligence, American assets of Thyssenkrupp will buy CSN

Согласно разведданным Bloomberg американские активы ThyssenKrupp купит CSN
The third largest steel company Brazil Cia. Siderurgica Nacional SA (CSN) became a leading contender for Thyssenkrupp assets located in the United States and Brazil. About this, referring to people of friends with the course of negotiations, reports Bloomberg.

The largest metallurgical company of Germany Thyssenkrupp can sign an agreement on the sale of its plants in Alabam and Rio de Janeiro next week, the agency’s source says.

As you know, THYSSENKRUPP has been trying to get rid of his unprofitable assets since the end of last year. The chief executive director of the German company Henry Haysinger sells them in the wake of increased competition from China and a sharp fall in world demand for metal rolling.

THYSSENKRUPP spokesman Stefan Etwing continues to say only what he had already said earlier. "The sales process continues." No more details. In CSN, the guys from Bloomberg were also given a “turn from the gate”, refusing to comment on intelligence agencies in any way.

So far there is no guarantee that the largest transaction in metallurgy will take place over the past few years. Thyssenkrupp continues to negotiate with Vale SA, a co -owner of the plant in Rio. If the Germans fail to agree with CSN about both of their assets at once, then the first metallurgical plant in Brazil could be sold.

In addition to the net sale, the scheme of the Submarine in the Rio for three is considered: 30 percent will remain with the Germans, 30 percent will retire and 30 percent will receive CSN. In the case of this scenario, Thyssenkrupp will be able to attract about $ 750 million in the modernization of the Brazilian plant.

Meanwhile, according to data obtained from open sources, Thyssenkrupp is unlikely to reach any agreement with CSN until the annual reporting of May 15.
