Ukraine doubled the sales of metal rolling to Mexico

The Mexican Chamber of the National Metallurgical Industry said that last year imports became from countries that did not have trade agreements with it, grew by 170 percent. According to Canacero, "today, the import of steel products from countries - the main trading partners of Mexico has decreased by 13.3 percent and it is obviously necessary to analyze the conditions of trade with those countries that have significantly increased their presence in the country's market."

In the first two months of 2013, Ukraine showed the highest increase in the import of metal rolling into Mexico, increasing sales of up to 2 million 834 thousand tons, which is 85 percent more than 1 million 536 thousand tons in January - February 2012. The subject of imports was mainly leaf low alloy steel.

Mexico was faced with sharply increased competition from Ukraine and some types of rental have become the subject of investigation of unfair trade. The Canacero report says that "the conditions existing today on the Mexico flat rental market have become the main reason for the doubling of Ukrainian imports, which continues its growth, while deliveries from the countries with which our state signed trade agreements such as Germany, Japan and Canada significantly fell."
