The Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant announced losses in the first quarter of this year

PJSC "Alchevsk Immobomb" (AMK, Lugansk Region) in January-March 2013 showed 217 million 170 thousand UAH of pure loss according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS), which is 31.1 percent better than the indicator of the first quarter of 2012.

According to the company's report in the disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market (NKTSBFR) on Tuesday, its net income increased by 1.6 percent - to 3 billion 677 million 623 thousand UAH.

At the same time, the negative financial result before tax in January -March 2013 amounted to 217 million 170 thousand UAH, while the same period in 2012 - 314 million 933 thousand UAH.
The revenue of the enterprise in the first quarter increased by 1.7 percent - to 4 billion 413 million 147 thousand UAH. Part of the funds received will go to the reconstruction of factory premises and the purchase heating units for updating the heating system.


An uncovered loss at the end of March of this year amounted to 3 billion 367 million 955 thousand UAH.
As reported, the Alchevsk Impress Complex ended 2012 with a net loss of 1 billion 27 million UAH, while in 2011 the company received a net profit of 142 million UAH. At the same time, the negative financial result before tax at the end of 2012 amounted to 832 million UAH, while in 2011, a 372 million UAH was recorded. Pure income in 2012 decreased by 22.7 percent - to 14 billion 439 million UAH.

Undeated loss at the end of 2012 amounted to 3 billion 451 million UAH

In 2012, the Alchevsk Immobile Rest in 2012 reduced the production of finished rental by 4.2 percent compared to 2011 - to 3 million 487 thousand tons, while increasing the production of steel by 2.6 percent - up to 3 million 870 thousand tons, cast iron - by 3.5 percent, to 3 million 521 thousand tons, an agglomerate by 1 percent, up to 5 million 170 thousand tons.
