The Koksochemical Plants of the Donbass Industrial Union appealed to the District Administrative Court of Kyiv with a request to cancel the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2013 on quotas for metallurgical coke. It is reported by UGMK.info.
According to the report, on April 29 and 30, 2013, the above court opened the proceedings on the complaints of PJSC Alchevsk Koksochemical Plant (AKHZ) and PJSC Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant (AMC), the first meeting will be held on May 22 in essence.
The court refused to suspend the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers during the consideration of the case.
As you know, after the entry into force of the decision of the Cox and half -dead coal, the court of Ukraine, which was disputed in court, was banned, since the import of this type of goods from April 28 is possible only on the basis of quotas to which the case did not reach. Moreover, an interdepartmental commission has not yet been created, which will be engaged in the distribution of quotas.
