As expected, the Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD) decided to reduce the number of employees of the Polish Metallurgical Plant Huta Czestochowa most likely not finding a buyer for him. This was reported by UNIAN.

As a result of the reductions, 1,500 people out of three thousand current composition will be dismissed, says the press secretary of the ISD Polska, Yatsek Lensky. Meanwhile, the ISD invited the Poles to use the program of voluntary dismissal, according to which the volunteer will receive compensation in the amount of nineteen monthly salaries, which are an average of $ 1400 for the enterprise. However, employees of the enterprise can still use the advantages of the agreement signed by the ISD at the time of the acquisition of Huta Czestochowa in 2005. It says that upon dismissal associated with a reduction in the number of personnel, the ISD is obliged to pay the double amount of payment of the guaranteed deadline ending in 2015 as compensation.

Yatsek Lensky calls the reduction “the only measure that will avoid bankruptcy of the enterprise” and expects that most employees of the metallurgical plant will be quit voluntarily. According to him, the ISD intends to spend more than $ 30 million on the HUTA CZESTOCHOWA number reduction program.
