In May 2013, the Zaporizhstal metallurgical plant produced 279 thousand 700 tons of steel, which is 15.5 percent less than in May 2012. At the same time, the production of cast iron decreased by 16.3 percent to 275 thousand tons, and the production of metal rolling decreased by 9.2 percent to 275 thousand 400 tons.
