Two new metallurgical plants with a total capacity of 2.5 million tons of raw steel per year will be built on the coast of the Persian Gulf. This was reported by the group Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (Sabic).
The first skill with a capacity of 1.5 million tons will be located in Dzhubail, and a second capacity of 1 million tons will be built in Rabij, the report said.
The largest petrochemical company in the Sabic world, 70 percent of the shares of which belong to the state, said that she reached an agreement with the Saudi Arabia government for the supply of energy carriers to new metco -station, which will ensure employment of more than 2.5 thousand people.
The start date of construction is not yet called.
