Tax attacks coal enterprises of Volyn

The decision can be appealed in the Lviv Appeal Administrative Court.

Previously, the Volynsky Administration submitted a similar decision on the lawsuit of the Novovolynskaya lights regarding the state enterprise “Pre -Board Directorate of Mine No. 10“ Novovolynskaya ”. From this, the GP can recover 970 thousand hryvnias.
