At the request of the tax authorities, a tax debt with a volume of almost 20.8 million hryvnias can recover from the state enterprise “Volinvugille”. This is stated in the Decree of the Volyn District Administrative Court is reported by Vololinski News.

Despite the objections of the defendant, the court agreed with the tax requirements. He decided to satisfy the claim and recover from the Volinvugil GP almost 20.8 million hryvnias of tax duty.
The decision can be appealed in the Lviv Appeal Administrative Court.
Previously, the Volynsky Administration submitted a similar decision on the lawsuit of the Novovolynskaya lights regarding the state enterprise “Pre -Board Directorate of Mine No. 10“ Novovolynskaya ”. From this, the GP can recover 970 thousand hryvnias.
