Under Mittal Lakshmi in Ukraine, they continue to dig a hole

In the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, on June 20, 2013, a bill was registered on the return of the Arselormital Kryvyi Rih Metallurgical Plant (former Kryvyi Rog) to state property. This is stated on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada.

The draft law on the return to the state property of the holistic property complex of the open joint-stock company Arselormital Krivoy Rog under the number 2381a of 06/20/2013 registered the deputies of the Communist Simonko P.N. and Balandin S.V.

The legislativeness of the communists amazingly coincided with the recent and unexpected decision of the City Court of Kyiv to renew the production of eight years ago regarding the recognition of the order of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (FGIU), which he canceled the results of the privatization competition in 2004 to sell 93.02 percent of the Krivorozhstal shares, which was recognized as the winner "Investment-metallurgical union" (IC). As a result of this decision, Krivorozhstal was “reprivatized” and sold at an open auction of Lakshmi Mittalo.

As we have already reported, in Arselormital Krivoy Rog, we are concerned about the current situation and conduct active consultations with legal firms, developing a further strategy of actions.

The remaining participants in the process - the company SKM Rinat Akhmetov and Interpipe Viktor Pinchuk officially reported that they did not take any actions to resume the trial and were not at the hearing in the case.

Recall that Kryvyi Rozhstal was privatized by the investment and metallurgical union established by the SCM and Interpipe in 2004 for 4 billion 260 million UAH. In 2005, the missile plant was "reprivatized" and sold at the auction of Mittal Steel Germany GmbH for 24 billion 200 million UAH.
