The first violator of the Memorandum about mutual understanding between the Government of Ukraine and the enterprises of the GMC was outlined

As it became known, this month PJSC "Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Plant" (DTZ) intends to reduce half of its employees or 1192 people. This is stated in the message "Interfax-Ukraine."

The administration of the plant, controlled by the ISD of Taruta, has already managed to send the trade unions an official notification of the upcoming dismissals.

Unlike Huta Czestochowa, where the ISD also proceeded to masses of layouts, the DTZ does not explain the reasons for such a decision and the terms of its execution, and also do not report the measures taken to stabilize the situation at the Communist Party, says the deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council from the KPU faction Sergei Vorobyov.

Recall that the DTZ has been in the forced simple month and the factory are preparatory work on the conservation of equipment.

As previously reported, the main shareholder of the ISD Sergey Taruta stated that if the quotas for the import of coke, the expediency of the work of another metallurgical plant of the Dnieper Metallurgical Plant named after Dzerzhinsky (DMKD) would be considered.

In turn, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov, during the signing of the memorandum, said: "This we showed real support by the government of our industry. This is extremely important."

The memorandum of the mutual understanding of the government with enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine provides for mutual obligations of the Cabinet and metallurgists. The government agrees to return VAT to enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex and restrain the growth of tariffs for energy and transportation - no more than 5 percent for the duration of the memorandum, and metallurgists, in turn, are obligated to save jobs, pay all social payments and increase production.

PJSC "Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Plant" in 2012 increased a clean loss by 80.3 percent - to 134 million 679 thousand UAH. The uncovered loss by the end of the year amounted to 438 million 176 thousand UAH.
