The United States has opened anti -dumping investigations on some positions of imports of metal rolling

On Friday, the US Department of Trade (DOC) announced the beginning of the antidermping investigation (AD) and compensation duties (Countervailing Duty (CVD)) on complaints filed in May 2013.

The US Department of Trade initiated an AD investigation on the following types of metal production:

1. listen stainless steel in the rolls of Belgium production (A-423-808)-Aperm Stainess Belgium N.V.

2. Pipe for the oil industry production of China (A-570-943)-several companies

3. War pipes with a Taiwan spiral seam (A-583-008)-Chung Hung Steel Corp.; Far East Machinery Co., Ltd.; Kao Hsing Chang Iron & Steel Corp.; Shin Yang Steel Co., Ltd.; Tension Steel Industries Co., Ltd.; and yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd

4. War pipes with a spiral seam and other steel pipes of Turkish production (A-489-815) are several companies, including Borusan Group, Erbosan, Guvenn Group, Toscelik Group, and Yucel Group

5. Ground rectangular steel pipes of Turkey (A-489-815)-Yucel Group

6. The stealing nails of the United Arab Emirates (A-520-804)-Dubai Wire Fze and Precision Fasteners L.L.C

The investigation will cover the supply period of the listed metal products from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013.

The US Department of Trade has not aroused a single investigation into compensation duties in relation to the metal distribution.
