The case of the reprivatization of the crooked road was closed

In connection with the failure of the plaintiff for the third time in a row at the court hearing, the Kyiv Commercial Court closed proceedings on the claim of the investment-metallurgical union (IC) to the State Property Fund of Ukraine regarding the invalidation of order No. 289 of February 15, 2005. This is stated in the court decision.

As reported, in the last meeting in this case, the representative of the State Property Fund petitioned the court to close the case in connection with the failure of the plaintiff.

Recall that at the beginning of last month, the Kiev economic court began to consider the case of eight years ago a positive decision, according to which it opened the way to repeated reprivatization of the former crooked -road, and now Arselormital Krivoy Rih.

The ICC company created in 2004 by Akhmetov and Pinchuk privatized Krivorozhstal for $ 800 million. After the Orange Revolution, the plant was reproduced and sold at the auction of Hindu Lakshmi Mittalu for $ 4 billion 800 million.
