Akhmetova is asked to finance the metallurgy of Serbia

Yesterday in Kyiv, during a meeting of the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych and President of the Republic of Serbia Tomislav Nikolich, the parties discussed a number of issues of cooperation between the two countries. In particular, the Serbian president said that his country is interested in Ukraine to take part in the development of the metallurgical industry of Serbia, as well as in the financing of this industry.

In addition to metallurgy, Serbia intends to cooperate in other industries.

President Nikolich emphasized that the peoples of Serbia and Ukraine have a special connection among themselves and profess the same religion: “Today, great friends gathered with deep ties between us,” Nikolich said.
