The struggle for the assets of the problem British company STEMCOR acquires more and more drama. As reported by The Sunday Times, the largest metallurgical company of the Tata Steel country entered an active part in the tenders for Indian iron ore careers.
"Tata Steel seeks to capture iron ore deposits to provide its steel -smelter plants in India, but is faced with the brutal resistance of Jindal Steel and corruption in power structures," writes The Sunday Times.
STEMCOR develops in India deposits of low -grade iron ore and processes it into granules. Under pressure from creditors, the company was forced to start negotiations on the sale of Indian assets.
