Currently, the price of real estate of the secondary market is preserved almost unchanged during 2012. So in Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa and Lviv, prices rose slightly, and in Kharkov, on the contrary, they decreased. In the Donetsk region, prices remained unchanged.
A drop in real estate prices in Kharkov by 18% is explained by an increase in demand for the cheapest housing, the cost of which is lower than the average market. In October, real estate prices in such cities as Uzhgorod (0.09%), Khmelnitsky (0.22%), Simferopol (0.11%), Chersones (0.21%) and Chernigov (0.10%) rose slightly. Basically, two -room apartments are in demand. The rental of economy class housing and office premises also rose. In November, you can profitably rent an office in Dnepropetrovsk , Donetsk, Kharkov.
According to experts, the largest number of transactions will be concluded in sales within $ 100 thousand. I would like to note that an average of a square meter of secondary housing in Kyiv costs $ 1890/sq. m., and one-room apartment here can be purchased for $ 61-65 thousand. By the beginning of November, the average square meter price in the capital's new buildings increased by 0.7%. The new economy class housing in one -room apartments costs 8.6–9.4 thousand UAH/sq.m., at the same time in two -room - 8.2–9 thousand UAH/sq. M., and three -room - 7.2–7.6 thousand UAH/sq.m.
