Dear colleagues!

Today we are celebrating the 87th anniversary of our factory.

Congratulations to our entire large team on this holiday! There is a glorious story behind us, but in our hearts we are still young. And we have a great future ahead of us.

We celebrate this birthday of the plant in a good mood. The first 6 months of this year were very successful for us, especially after a difficult “covid” last year. Together we have achieved a lot.

Thank you! Each of you has contributed immensely to this success. For this, the company management decided to pay 50% of the 14th salary today on the occasion of the holiday.

You probably know that this is the 14th salary - this is part of the proposal we made to the unions. We have prepared a promotion plan that will give all of you confidence in the future.

The plan has three parts.

1 14th salary, which is paid in two parts of this year 50% today and another half - before the New Year.

2. Increase in wages for everyone from October 1 by at least 5%, and for some categories of workers - up to 30%.

3. A three-year plan to raise salaries twice a year, in April and October, so that your salary grows annually by at least the inflation rate plus 1%.

For example, if the official inflation forecasts for 2021 and 2022 do not change, then at the end of 2022 your salary will be 17.5% higher than it is now.

Inflation + 1 percent. This is the guaranteed minimum that we are ready to promise.

This leaves a lot of room for further negotiations with unions, which we hope will be in your best interest.

Unfortunately, most trade unions have rejected this proposal. Therefore, the implementation of the guaranteed increase plan is under threat.

Why did the unions refuse? I dont know. Better ask them.

Ask the unions that represent most of you why they don't want your wages to rise predictably. Why they don't want you to be able to plan your expenses. So that you know how much you can spend on New Year and Christmas. So that you know how much you can save for a summer vacation with your family and buy tickets in advance. Ask them why their choices are anxiety and instability that threaten investment in manufacturing and working conditions.

According to the Collective Agreement, we will return to negotiations with trade unions in the IV quarter of this year. And we still hope for a productive dialogue.

You, the collective of a glorious 87-year-old enterprise, deserve to be represented in this dialogue in the best possible way. I hope you make sure the people who speak for you fight to keep the money in your pocket and not in theirs.

Today is a holiday. Once again, I congratulate you. We are proud of our team! We are proud of our company! I am proud of us and how much we can do when we act together.
