Dana Steel's CRC plant in the UAE will start production in the first quarter of 2023

Dana Steel from the UAE is already preparing to start the production of cold rolled coils. The cold rolling plant has an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons and was due to start production in the first quarter of 2023.

Dana Steel currently has two production lines, one of which is used to produce 250,000 tons of hot dip galvanized coils and aluminium. galvanized coils and another for pre-painted coils with a capacity of 150,000 tons.

At present, the company mainly imports cold rolled coils from China, India and Pakistan for coating processing.

The recent slowdown in economic activity due to Islamic Ramadan and the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday has limited demand for sheets in the UAE.
