The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the preliminary results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty. The review period (POR) was from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
During this period, reinforced concrete rebar (rebar) from manufacturers or exporters in Turkey was sold to the US at a lower normal value.
In addition, one of the companies, Habas, did not have shipments during the POR, but the US will not cancel the review of Habas.
Colakoglu Metalurji's weighted average dumping margin was set at 1.13%. Captain Demir Celik received 5.79%. Dealer Dis Ticaret, Icdas Celik and Sami Soybas Demir Sanayi will be subject to a duty of 3.92%.
