The new gas cleaning will ensure the withdrawal and purification of gases from two arc steelfish furnaces (chipboard)-the existing and chipboard-7 working volume of up to 10 tons of liquid metal. The goal is to increase the efficiency of cleaning output gases from furnaces up to 20 mg/m3, as well as ensure the required hygienic standards in the field of the working area of the personnel.
a new arc furnace, as well as gas cleaning, is being erected on a sectional casting section of the procurement production of the SSM-Tyazhmash machine-building center as part of the renewal of the literary complex. The goal is to increase the release of steel style casting in 2025. SZP provides with cast blanks the main redistributions of Chermk and resource assets for the manufacture of key nodes and assemblies.
