Russian Railways' income rate for all cargo increased by 53% in the period from 2021 to 2024. (up to 706.8 kopecks per 10 ton-kilometers), and for hard coal separately - by 78% (up to 389.5 kopecks per 10 ton-kilometers);
The practice of tariff formation (pricing) in railway transport almost everywhere and is always based on price discrimination, however, the scale of the corresponding differentiation in different countries can significantly vary.
